i) A member whenever wants to enter the Library shall have to show the Library Card at the entrance.

ii) Any kind of bag(s) is/are to be kept at the property counter before entering the library.

iii) Personal books are not allowed inside the Library.

iv) Gate Register is to be signed legibly before entering the Library.

v) Silence and strict discipline should be maintained in the library. Every one shall ensure that no reader should feel disturbed in their study by any act of his/her.

vi) Readers shall not replace books, journals, etc. on shelves.

vii) Chairs, tables and other library equipments, fittings and furniture shall not be marked, defaced and disarranged.

viii) Any change of address and phone number during the period of membership should be intimated to the library.

ix) Marking of books, damaging of pages and soiling of books are most objectionable and may lead to fine/cancellation of privilege enjoyed by a member.

x) Library books shall be handled carefully with clean hands.

xi) The Library can recall books on loan with members at any time.

xii) The Library staff on duty has the right to request a user to leave the premises if he/she is found to be violating any of the Library rules.
